It all started in the Dominican Republic. This is where the Estrella’s family over 30 years ago began their craft where the originally bakery still stands today. As time past, they began focusing on cakes and painstakingly perfecting their recipes. Coming to America over a decade ago, they brought their passion of baking to share their special style of Dominican cakes, fillings and icing with us. Now, three generations of Estrella’s share this vision of baking these deliciously marvelous cakes.
